Blue Ocean Technologies (BOT) is a special finance tech company that helps international investors trade during the nighttime hours in the US. Its US broker dealer branch, known as Blue Ocean ATS, and its trading system called BOATS, currently allow trading in US National Market System stocks from 8:00 pm to 4:00 am ET, from Sunday to Thursday.

Established in 2019 and based across the US, Blue Ocean ATS aims to expand trading from just the US to worldwide through its main service, the Blue Ocean Session. This service gives users in all time zones the ability to trade even when the US market is traditionally closed.
