Capital Business Systems Private Limited (CBSPL) has its roots in KHURANA BROTHERS, established in 1950 by the late Shri V P Khurana. It started with simple binding and security printing services for banks. It then expanded its services to include security printing authorized by the IBA, catering to bank needs and printing security papers, ballot papers, school books, and bus tickets for state governments.

In the past two decades, CBSPL has broadened its scope to include digital transformation, information management, as well as physical and digital record/document storage. It has also ventured into banking automation and providing solar solutions for bank branches and ATMs, while still maintaining its mainstay of security printing.

With its Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), CBSPL has been offering various data processing services to the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This includes top-notch non-voice services such as claim management, customer onboarding, back-end loan processing, data deduplication, and Central Know Your Customer (CKYC) processing, using the latest technology and operations.
