Since 2006, we've been providing personalized wellness services to businesses through our nationwide team of experts. We create programs aimed at improving employee health and boosting the overall wellness of our clients' organizations. We offer a variety of services like short health breaks, group sessions, conferences, one-on-one consultations, wellness themed weeks/months, and team-building activities centered around health.

To adapt to Covid-19, we've set up a virtual wellness studio with over 40 live classes each week. We have more than 20 professionals teaching in both French and English. Classes include yoga, meditation, Pilates, high-intensity home workouts, cardio-boxing, and Zumba. The main aim of our Organik Studio is to make health and wellness easy for remote workers and their families!
