I am delighted to share the much awaited news that I have been selected for the junior. Ux designer role at Aptagrim Limited.My heartfelt regards to Designerrs team and to my mentor <@877933504799834183> sir for helping me in upgrading myself in my career as a UX UI Designer. Firstly I would to like to thank <@902453110683881492> ma'am and <@760774468154556416> ma'am for their support during the placement process. Special thanks to Mr. <@760771220408238091> for creating this innovative and interactive platform to learn user experience. Thanks to my batch mates, who were supporting me till the end. My interview process- Round 1- Video psychometric assessment. Round 2- Brief Introduction about myself, my educational background, why did I choose this path, and what am I aspiring to become and ended with discussing about my job role in the company. Round 3- Discussion on CTC and joining date. I received quick responses, the whole process took about 2 days to complete. Now I'm super exicted to start this new phase as a designer.

One incredible place to learn. Overall I have had an amazing experience with Designerrs academy lab. From the first info session to learning all the things that need to be a good designer, the team was accommodating from the beginning. After 14 weeks into the course, my educators have done an excellent job of teaching us real-life experiences and very useful content for me was their step-by-step guidance on launching a product from concept to completion. I would like to thank the entire Designerrs team for giving people the opportunity to get into the UI/UX Industry with this much ease. Now moving on to interview experience: Round 1: Telephonic round where I had to give a brief introduction about myself. Round 2: Given the task to redesign an e-commerce website and different brand banners with a Creative color pallet with Typography. Round 3: Final Discussion about CTC and roles and responsibilities. The entire process took around 3 weeks to complete. I would like to thank the Designerrs Team again for their help and guidance

I am thrilled to announce that Infogain has hired me as a UIUX Designer Trainee. I would like to thank the entire Designerrs team for giving people the opportunity to get into the UI/UX Industry with this much ease. A big heartfelt thanks to our mentor @Aravindan#9285 for the support and guidance he provided and most importantly for sharing his knowledge of designing & his real-time experience, which helped me to restart my career. I would also like to thank @Shreyasi and @Puliraj GR for constantly being in contact with me throughout the process and for providing me with important and valuable guidance. Now moving on to interview experience: Round 1: Profile and portfolio screening. Round 2: Video Interview taken by the HR, I had to give a brief introduction about myself, my design skills, why I want to transition into my career and previous work experience. Round 3: After the first video interview I was given a design assessment to redesign product page of Microsoft 365 Round 4: In-person Interview session with the Infogain team including the manager round VP round and finally HR round. Where I presented my assessment and design skills and background were discussed. An overview of the company was given. Got an offer on the same day. The entire process took around 7 days to complete. Hello @everyone, I am thrilled to announce that EnKash has hired me as a UX/UI Designer Trainee. Now moving on to the interview experience: Round 1: After my portfolio got shortlisted I gave a written test which asked me about basic aptitude and design related questions. Round 2: I had an interview round with UX design team which asked me questions around my portfolio to know my thought process behind the project and few other questions related to design process. Round 3: Final round was with HR which described me about the company and job details. The entire process took 5 Days to complete. I received the offer letter immediately

I'm thrilled to announce that Pericius Technologies Private has hired me as a UX designer (internship). I want to express my gratitude to the entire Designerrs team for making it so simple for folks to enter the UI/UX Profession. Now moving on to the interview experience: Round 1: I had to briefly identify myself over the phone and answer simple questions to see if I knew the fundamentals of user interface and user experience. Round 2:It was a round of group discussion. There were five to six candidates, and we needed to explain the UI/UX designing skills method. Round 3: Final Discussion about CTC and Roles and Responsibilities The entire process took around 1 week to complete. I would like to thank the Designerrs Team again for their help and guidance

First and foremost, I'd like to express my gratitude to the Designerrs team. Special thanks to my mentor @Swetha for your constant guidance, mentorship, and encouragement!! Thanks to @N Sree Madhuri and @Sujena @Bhagyavati S H mam for supporting me through the placement process, and @Sidhant Goyal for creating this learning platform. Coming to my selection process, I had 4 rounds- Round 1- I was given a whiteboard design challenge to identify the given problem with user interviews, followed by user persona and low-fi wireframes for two screens, for a matrimony app. Round 2- It was an interview with the lead designer, who asked a couple of questions regarding design decisions, and user research methods and asked me to showcase my current works and explain the problem solved through it. Round 3 - It was with the Project Manager, who asked me to brief about the project and my process of thinking, and the decisions I made through the project with some technical questions regarding UX. Round 4 - It was with the CEO, that we discussed about the company and myself with some questions regarding UX. So, within the same day received a call from HR and got hired by that company, and further talked about CTC and DOJ. The whole selection process took 4 days to complete, with 1 round each day. Once again thank you to the whole @Designerrs Team for helping me out from the beginning of the course to placements. It was a very smooth and inspiring journey !!
